How a Christmas commission works
1. Send the idea. Describe the sweater and attach a photo or a sketch straight from your phone. Tell us the sizes and the date you need it by.
2. Get a firm price and a date. Within 2 working days a human replies with feasibility, price and a knitting timeline, so you know whether Christmas is realistic before you pay anything.
3. Approve the chart, then we knit. You approve the stitch-by-stitch chart the machine reads. A 50% deposit starts the work, knitting takes 2 to 4 weeks, and shipping is tracked and free worldwide.

Knitted Christmas jumpers have a grammar of their own: bands of stars, trees and snowflakes, one big motif across the chest, or a pattern that covers everything. Bold shapes and clear lettering knit cleanly in up to three or four colours per row. Photographs work too once they are simplified into a grid of stitches, and we will tell you honestly what survives the machine.

When to order for Christmas
As early as you can. Every piece is knitted to order, so the calendar matters more than usual in December. Put your date in the request, and the timeline in our reply says plainly whether it can be done.
