No. Every motif is knitted jacquard or intarsia: the skeleton, the web, the moons are made of yarn, worked into the fabric on industrial flat-bed machines. There is no print to crack, peel or fade. Pattern and garment are the same object.

Your piece does not exist until you order it. The machine is programmed, the yarn is mounted, your garment is knitted, hand-finished, steamed and shipped. It takes 2 to 3 weeks and it is the whole point: no dead stock, no warehouse.

Shipping is free and tracked, worldwide. After your piece ships: EU 2-5 working days, UK, US and the rest of the world 5-10. You receive the tracking by email the moment it leaves the atelier.

Orders ship from Italy, and inside the EU there is nothing to pay, ever. Everywhere else, the US and the UK included, your parcel may attract import duties or local taxes, collected by the courier before delivery; where applied, those charges are the recipient's responsibility. For the US this now applies to parcels of any value: the old 800 dollar duty-free allowance is suspended.

Relaxed unisex fit, true to size; the size guide on every product page has flat garment measurements in cm. Between sizes, take the bigger one. If you get it wrong anyway, the size exchange is free.

Heavyweight knitted jacquard in 50% wool, 50% acrylic: warm and substantial like pure wool, harder-wearing and easier to live with. A finished sweater weighs 450 to 650 grams depending on size. Hand wash cold or wool cycle 30 degrees, never wring or hang: dry flat on a towel, away from sun and radiators.

Collection pieces, yes: 14 days from delivery, and the size exchange is free. Commissions are knitted to your own design, so the 14-day change of mind does not apply to them; a faulty piece is covered like any other. Full conditions are on the Shipping and Returns page. We only ask that a returned piece comes back unworn, unwashed, and free of incense burns.

Band logos, your own motif, sizes beyond 2XL (we knit up to 7XL): describe the piece on the Commission a piece page and a human replies within 2 working days with feasibility, price and timeline. 50% deposit starts the work: you can cancel for a full refund until knitting starts, and after that we keep only what covers the work already done, up to the deposit.
