The offer. Prices are in EUR, VAT included where applicable, shipping included. Each product page states what the garment is and how it is made. Product photography is faithful; wool tones may vary slightly between batches, which is the nature of yarn.
The order. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. You receive a confirmation email with the summary. Production starts after confirmation and takes 2 to 3 weeks, plus shipping.
Cancellation. You can cancel free of charge until your piece goes on the machine, usually within 48 hours of ordering. After delivery, the 14 day EU withdrawal right applies as described in Shipping & Returns.
Warranty. The 2 year EU legal guarantee of conformity applies to every garment. Care instructions ship with each piece; wool treated as instructed lasts decades.
The seller. Knitferatu is a brand of Confezione Fil.Pal., Barletta, Italy; full company details are on the Imprint page. The charge on your card statement appears under our atelier's payment name, Knitwear Atelier (KNITFERATU).
Disputes. Italian law applies. EU customers can also use the European ODR platform. Or just write to us first: [email protected]. We answer.
